• A valid credit card or debit card is required to hold an appointment.
  
• Deposits are transferable, not refundable.
• Rendered services are not refundable.
• We recommend scheduling future appointments prior to departure to ensure availability of preferred times.
• Appointments that need to be canceled must be done at least 24 hours prior.
• Children (under age 10) are not allowed in our facility.
• Policies and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

Vouchers

• Voucher appointments are limited to 5 sessions per person and are not permitted to VIP Members.*
• Vouchers including multiple massage sessions permit ONE (1) session use per day and do not permit multiple uses in the same day.
• Voucher appointments are only accepted Tuesday thru Friday, except holidays and Class vouchers. Appointments are subject to availability.
• Vouchers SCHEDULED BEFORE their expiration date will be accepted post-expiration. Vouchers scheduled after their expiration date are good for "cash value paid" toward the same or similar service. Contact us with additional questions: 2156004321.

* Restore wishes to honor all voucher requests and provide the best possible service within these necessary restrictions. We requested the voucher company to post these restrictions to your voucher. In spite of our request, the  voucher company notified us to make  the restrictions public via our website here on our Policies page.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we must have a minimum 24 hours advance notice. If we don’t receive 24 hours notice, the full value of your scheduled session will be charged to the credit card given to hold the appointment. If you are a no-show for the appointment, you will be charged for the service in full. For voucher appointments canceled with less than 24-hours advance notice, you are allowed to pay a nominal $25 cancellation fee to still use the voucher. Otherwise, the promotional value of the voucher will be voided and the cash value of the voucher (the amount you paid) can be applied to the regular price of the same service requested.

Ethics
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early for your appointment. To ensure all clients receive their sessions as expected, any client running more than 5 minutes late for their appointment will receive the remainder of the time left and be responsible for the service in full.

Gratuities
For services that meet or exceed your expectations, gratuities are graciously accepted. Gratuities are not included in prices listed and are only accepted in the form of cash or check.
