* Restore wishes to honor all voucher requests and provide the best possible service within these necessary restrictions. We requested the voucher company to post these restrictions to your voucher. In spite of our request, the voucher company notified us to make the restrictions public via our website here on our Policies page.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we must have a minimum 24 hours advance notice. If we don’t receive 24 hours notice, the full value of your scheduled session will be charged to the credit card given to hold the appointment. If you are a no-show for the appointment, you will be charged for the service in full. For voucher appointments canceled with less than 24-hours advance notice, you are allowed to pay a nominal $25 cancellation fee to still use the voucher. Otherwise, the promotional value of the voucher will be voided and the cash value of the voucher (the amount you paid) can be applied to the regular price of the same service requested.
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early for your appointment. To ensure all clients receive their sessions as expected, any client running more than 5 minutes late for their appointment will receive the remainder of the time left and be responsible for the service in full.
For services that meet or exceed your expectations, gratuities are graciously accepted. Gratuities are not included in prices listed and are only accepted in the form of cash or check.
